I hope you're not annoyed that I didn't just up-vote your post and reply with "to the moon baby!!!". I'm in this stock with a reasonable chunk of my money, just like I imagine you are.

Anyway, I see what you're getting at now. What you mean is that Mogul is going to host tournaments that can be played on Australian servers. The wording made me think that Mogul was bringing in their own servers for Australians. As far as hosting the games, limited work needs to be done. They can pretty much open up games to anyone around the world, which I'm pretty keen for, as you can probably imagine.

Regarding Apex's tickrate, you would be surprised. I come from Battlefield and am no stranger to net-code issues. I'm quite sure Titanfall only had 10hz and generated quite a bit of reddit rage.
