Yup, we agree it isn't a take-over offer, it could be about the BFS (for a possible $800m raise to proceed with mining PIOP), it might be the Strategic Plan (divest SA tenements, divest Canegrass, develop PIOP for sale into BBIG etc.). It is worth having a re-read of the Original Bidders Statement for the 2.5 cent offer by the way as that is telling in terms of what might come next.
