This all depends on how many potential mines there are out there.

If there are satellite deposits that are too far from Dikilushi to truck the raw ore it may make sense to use the spare HMS plant at the site to produce a concentrate before stockpiling at Dikilushi (like the development of Kapalo was proposed).

Subsequently if there is a bigger deal on offer (eg Gecamin deposit) then another Ball mill would probably be the go.

We're all speculating on what's around the corner but I think we'll find there's more than one possiblity.
