Depends on the nature of the feed to be treated. The HMS plant can also treat screened gravels as well as crushed and screened primary ore. It would be a cheap way to start production while a more complete plant can be designed and built.
With all the uncertainties in the Congo it would be a prudent way to start up a new operation.
