I guess the trading halt follow by suspension is definitely a indication of good news. However what is on my mind is what is the next step.

With this potential purchase I wonder what is the price tag. Given that we know GEM provided a equity line of $10m I suppose this might not be enough to fund this purchase totally?

I am definitely not the expert in commercial arrangement, but logically there are several options:

1. Ask for more from institutions to fund all or part of it.
2. more public subscriptions with options and shares
3. more shareholder subscriptions

I guess #2 would be the least favourable outcome due to dilution. If anyone can enlighten me on this i would be much appreciated.
