I think the next step in either direction is likely to be determined when NOD release their actual full yearly earnings and their annual report. I have not seen a date anywhere but last years report came out around the end of August. If anyone knows for sure please post.

If management can prove they are completing more work within deadlines they should secure further contracts. If they can show us costs are under control its likely long term investors will come on board. Considering the volume recently traded any increase in investor interest is likely to push prices up quite quickly, beyond the breakup value discussed previously (Thanks again TC).
