PT, re being built on coast - I don't have the link but seem to remember someone posted about:
(a) avail of water for cooling
(b) access by shipping w/o need to transport overland
not sure if there's more to it?
Indiscriminate and widespread selling ATM - but one would hope for a pickup in green (non nuclear) techs if there's any fundamentals left at all in this market???
Less talk and just a little action by our politicians would help too.
