You don't buy after the news, or you'll get burnt. You buy cheap then when news appears get out! or keep longer term.
Yes it may take few weeks, as time passes by the SP keeps creeping up. Why wait? IMO i'm certain that the area they will do EM and drilling will be closer if not suprass SIR.
