Well well - how wrong you MMX backers and CHM slaggers may be. Acccording to my very accurate information, a date has been set by the court today for "mediation" which of course has been requested by MMX - no big surprise there. Subject to the availability of an appropriate and qualified mediator this will all be heard on 8th September. So after all it may not even have to go to court and do not for one minute believe that CHM will be interested in accepting bikkies.
