Unfortunately united states of capitalism has shown it's true colours again. The system only works for the rich and powerful, and anyone else especially foreigners are second class. In hindsight it's obvious now that the FDA have already made up their mind before the ODAC meeting, so really what's the point of the meeting at all? Experts opinion are not respected by the FDA, so why surprise that so many voters are not respecting science.
Although MSB still have a lot of cash on hand, their debt level is relatively high for a company without any approved product. Would it be prudent to raise some now as we have a long fight ahead of us?
