Next Steps in the Project Schedule

forgive the slightly less than perfect formatting here...it's been another long day

Below is a rough timeline I put together. Please comment, feel free to change it around and add important milestones if you need to.

But I think this is basically the jist of it.

an amazing early stage U.S. lithium stock play that will be the next piedmont or sayona.

existing recent news flow:
1-bench scale testing showed very high grade battery lithium

2-approvals/permitting process with US Bureau Land Management currectly in progress- comment period ends today july 10, 2021. and soon therafter a decision will be handed down.
BLM is a bureacracy, so let's say we hear back on this around August 10th



I see HWK appeasing the tribal population by giving them jobs, bulding a community centre for them, etc

Let's say by October 1 this is fully solved

3-all goes ahead - we drill another 45 holes and continue to build our JORC compliant mineral resource estimate.

this takes us to around December to get the results back

4-after successful drilling.results..we will want to start compiling the Pre-feasibility study

This has us working on the PFS jan-march-april 2022

The Pre-feasibility study will provide more information on the pilot plant.

5 May - we issue the PFS and solidify our position


7 -Then we raise funds and build
the pilot plant. apr may jun is the funding period

jul aug sept oct nov dec is the time spent building pilot plant

7-Jan '22 We give more samples from the pilot plant to more potential offtakers.

8-feb-march- april start signing offtake deals

8 may -october 2022 Proceed to generare DFS, dfs released in october 22
More offtake deals signed
9 Jan 2022 proceed FID
9.5 get construction funding
10 build the mine March-december
11 First Lithium for sale Q1 2023
