by the way: Three four long years you will have to wait for a decision for the plant in the region "Emscher lippe". Only for the decision, not for the plant. Do you even know what is behind the "WIN EmscherLippe GmbH"? That means talking for two years, then another memorandum of understanding, then talking for another two years, and then the project dies. While MNS shareholders enjoy a memorandum of understanding with a regional development company, KNL will have set up a pilot plant in Germany.
