On another note - how is everyone planning/or anyone knows how they will account for the Capital Gains side of this come income tax time? I am not sure if our cost base will become the TER price at the issue date (likely) or the UNV cost base x 0.6026, but surely there won't be any CGT rollover on the $0.10 cash portion? Not sure how this will be assessed, and i'm sure others have had similar corporate transactions go through in the past?
