those of us who been in MNM for the long haul know that today's trading is normal for this stock. when it rises it does so as violently as any stock on the asx.

the buying today suggests word has leaked either about a possible resolution to the Mt M dispute, or, more likely, significant progress at the BM project.

My guess is that some Govt funding of the CHTD demo plant at BM is close, and that it will be ann'd in conjunction with confirmation of the exergen/mnm JV to build it at BM.

This kind of news would make MNM a $50 million+ MC company, as it would greatly increase the prospects of the commercialisation of the 2-3 billion tonnes of BC MNM has at BM.

20c MNM in January? Why not. MNM was 20c last January, and is a much better investment now than it was then.
