Actually grazer the thought had crossed my mind but I didn't have the cojones to put it out there.
If you were in their place you would have to seriously consider - I think they were given 2,000,000 shares as a part of the original settlement so perhaps they have had a good look at MNM and may have decided if they can't beat us then it may pay to join us.
Or it may be insurance on their part if they lose.
They are obviously not short of brains and have been trying every trick in the book to hang on to Mt.M., but I doubt they will roll over unto the courtroom steps; perhaps not even then.
The long term holders here know of another Q'ld court case they lost with a verballing by the judge - it's on the MNM thread back 2/3 years ago.
Anyway may all holders end up millionaires in 2012 but I will bet we get taken out before MNM gets us there.
