They have about $5m in the bank & the Capex to start gold production in about 4 weeks time is only about $1.25m.
From about Dec onwards they should be making a profit of about $1.5m/month.
So I can tell you there ain't no need for Cap Raising, as they will have net cash Inflow within about 2 months.
I believe your concerns will be found to be unwarranted but I understand where you are coming from. Plenty of dodgy Co out there but AGR is not one of them imo.
