I suspect you are just trying to bring the sp down to buy,
if not, I think some of you guy's should sell up and move to the many other stocks you can choose from. Maybe we will get ICN to a $1.00 or $2.00 , I am personally willing to wait and take my chances, If you don't see it that way it's time to sell, life's too short to be unhappy in a stock , get out now I'd say or stop complaining and be patient .
