Thats right Phil,
A positive aspect about not standing down the operating staff at the plant means that all this time the community is benefiting from the money they are bringing home and injecting locally, as well as security of employment and a general pride in being part of such a state of the art plant.
This will be go some way toward balancing a few perceived negatives as they begin to experience the benefits first hand.
