Not if you trade in the meantime and make some money and apply for your entitlement at 30c by 18th. Do not forget T + 2 settlement Etc.
Example I sold on 7th for 31.5C bought back today for 28c I may trade once more for 28c or higher today or tomorrow and use that money to pay for my entitlement by 18th. I am sure many are doing this.
