Hello Humms. Not sure that IRD has answered anything. Are you referring to today's presso? No mention at all about how they might get someone to give them $4 Billion with no prospect of paying it back from operating profit. It was a nice presentation though, with lots of the usual pretty photoshopped pictures and whimsically optimistic thoughts to make up for the absence of the funding reality. Should be worth a few more month's of employment, hey?
Good report from the guy who just got back from the boondoggle to China. Again, I may have been a bit more interested it if it was a funding update. He's not the only one who knows that the Chinese want better quality resources, and of course, the problem for IRD is that you don't have to build a $4 billion mine to get them. The world is full of the stuff right now.
I won't get into a prolonged "discussion" about about any of this though Humms, because you are obviously a good guy and a passionate believer. I'm deeply sceptical, (but only because it is unfundable). So I sincerely hope you are right but time will tell. If so, I will check back when the funding is approved and acknowledge accordingly.
