Someone knows something I don't, b/c there should be some very good reason for a weak stock like ZIP to rise over 10% on a negative day.
Short covering or leak from a takeover discussion ... time will tell.
Having said that I will not be surprised if the share price trades over a dollar in the coming few days. This dog usually takes a while to come back, but when it does come back it is a big deal.
