The break even price estimate is based on being able to ramp up production and achieve economies of scale at 15Mtpa, which they are hoping to achieve by the end of the year.
Given the recent capital raising, cash in the bank, cost savings measures, you would think that they are in a much better position to weather the current market conditions, but will need to ensure that it is sustainable over the longer term.
They need to shake the tag of being one of the highest cost producers, and change a negative market sentiment...
As long as they continue to have the customers to buy the product and can stay at least break-even or better, they should survive or alternatively they might just be taken over at these rock bottom prices....
