Somare is gone from governemnt, they closed the government for six weeks as they new the opposiotn would call a no confidence vote, will happen end of august, but as with these politicians he will resign before then, as stated numerous times before he was the only one in PNG governemtn who didnt want the mine as he couldnt upset the AUs goverenemtn and cancel his ausaid , i mean income/wages, but now australia has withdrwan their Aus aid person , maybe they are going to cancel the cheques?? Egg on the face for Rudd - i think he backed the wrong horse here,


Or could just be good results from , maybe a lot of gold that they could barge to lihir for processnig
