The dubber dubber dubber thread seems to be ready to close... the next chapter in Dubber?

Where to from here - I pulled the pin yesterday waiting around to hold the bags was not something i wanted to do, particularly with AW's positioning with his credit loans to the business to fund day to day operations, and the poor funding from the CR.

My thoughts, since seeing the news yesterday that David, the deputy CEO having pulled the pin 4-5 months earlier than contracted is extremely discerning. I honestly feel, the business may survive, but the shareholder base is about to get wiped out by immense dilution, with the possibitly of AW taking over the business wholly through a liquidation event, where DUBs creditors/staff and overhead committments cannot be met.

The other concerning item is that they are recruiting again on linkedin for senior roles, but I have not idea how they intend to fund this without another major CR to bankroll further recovery outside of the $26million missing from the bottom line. Capitulation, isnt far off, is this the business worth $35M in its current state and risk profile, absolutely not.

$10-15M valuation seems reasonable given the lack of profits, flat revenue growth and corrupt history.

DYOR - but investor beware. This is feeling soon to be another business going down the toilet.
