    Yes I agree completely - not a good fit for Eli Lilly.

    The idea is there however.

    Just image a cash poor, hungry company which can do the R&D well grabbing them. Parachute out the current sleepy culture.

    Then you would have a cash rich combined entity that can deliver - that's what I would like to see! (Actually that's what I thought I was buying in the first place....)
