MW, very gracious of you & i think it was a great post in that it articulated objectively most of the variables involved. SP does not always follow, as sentiment comes from other places. It could still work for you as a trade, next resistance looks to be circa $1.00 and there is always the possibility that ACR regains a growth stock status, rather than as a cash cow, which could really set things off.
At 78c t is a good buy in a low growth, low interest rate environment.
