A friend said to me the charts dont lie, I would agree with the 7.7 cent posting however i am a firm believer that you must correlate the fundamentals with the charts and do not rely on the charting method of analysis alone. The share price may even creep up well above this in aticipation the pilot plant is on schedule alone. Lets not even cosider the share price if its successful.
