Being an average joe and having the patients of a 3 year old I too am frustrated at the SP slide but i got in real early as I was convinced this is a game changer. I’d just like to add a few things here.

We know they are behind on where they originally said they would be but having attended the AGM I am now more confident than ever this will work out. To be clear nothing price sensitive was shared but the answers the board gave that day really gave me confidence to hold on. What I took from it was this, the technology they have is a game changer all that is changed is the strategy to get it out ther with maximum effect, and yes this has moved things back a bit. Look at who has come on board in the last twelve months, different minds different company’s different ways at looking at things, honestly what’s another 3 months to wait if this becomes a future ASX 200 company.
What I do know is 2 chasis trucks are sitting in their Perth workshop right now with parts arriving from all over the world. I was satisfied when the board said they are reluctant to give a time line because suppliers can and do let you down. I believe the board have a timeline in mind, shorter than we might think, but are aware of the damage another slip in delivery will have.

2 trucks being built at the same time half’s the testing time before commercial production, great move imho.

The technology on the truck has far reaching potential, no pun intended. This is going to be the cash generator going forward.
Cash is not an issue in the near future, imagine when the first images of the houses being built will do for the share price and institutional investors!!!

All that being said like a lot of people the dilution here is something that has got me a little annoyed, my tiny little slice of FBR is even smaller and ever decreasing % wise. I understand the theory as mentioned at the agm, that offering the best people options incentives to come on board is a better way to manage cash flow but I would take issue with quite how many options and the targets it takes to unlock them.
I think unfortunately the SP will slip further, but in my very honest opinion if you can ignore the current downtrend until the end of January early February you will, I believe have weathered the storm.
Merry Christmas and a happy new year y’all
