My view :
1) 50% chance of orderly rundown to closure with multiple special divs to shareholders.
2) 45% chance of clean cash offer takeover at 10% less than NTA (maybe Bolton ....)
3) 5% chance of change of heart & purchase of distressed assets and continuation
