Kevi, I concur. Part 1 good - I will never get the time back that I spent listening to parts 3 and 4.
My guess is that he is a closet pessimist and that is how he made the 2008 call.
There is an element of truth to the commercial property statements he has made, but I think that most of that info has already been factored into the SP of most of the REITS.
If what he is saying comes to fruition. Money will be the least of our priorities.
