Could be sales @ 14c today with all of the global uncertainty abounding. I am hopeful to have my top up order filled at that level. Last time it hit 14c it rebounded very strongly .... will history repeat? Dunno ... but I reckon that around these levels PRR is a buy.
12 mths down the track these current price levels could be classified as a "mega missed opportunity" as nothing has fundamentally changed re PRR's progress towards its stated goals.
Time to buy I reckon but perhaps not for the faint-hearted. Remember the old adage: "No hide .. no Xmas box"
