The drop in the SP especially from the 28c Capital Raising is more to do with Global financial problems mostly being played out in Europe, and not forgetting the US has a huge debt problem too, that a lot of people have swept
under the carpet and forgotten about
PRR is only a speculative Biotech, and should be seen as such
