re: takeover bil the next target? Nothing unusual for a takeover to occur after a company has rebounded somewhat.

Take a look at MIM, did you see Xstrata buying MIM when they were 70 cents? No, they only bought MIM when the shares were much higher than that. But once the company was showing clear signs of recovery but before the market had fully factored that fact into the share price.

You could say that BIL is close to being in a similiar situation to what MIM was prior to it being taken over.
