I do not believe that a takeover of ZFX would even be contemplated by other companies until AGM has been bedded in.
Who are the candidates anyway? Certainly not Rio or BHPB. Xstrata has it's hands full with VALE, and ZFX is too small for VALE.
Even after this time, with the current credit squeeze, and cost of capital being so high, combined with the high prices being demanded by shareholders of resource companies, ZFX is more a predator than prey.
