We saw earlier in the year RRL fail to get over the $2.7 resistance and fell away after that. Recently we have seen some bottoming behavior. However, we can’t get too excited to until we see that previous resistance taken out. If we can get over it convincingly I will add more to my current holding.
Next target - over $2.7
