l would be looking forwards to refinancing the loan at a low int rate, based on gearing under 60% and an A rating.
in that case they can start paying dist. and continue with some gearing.
however in the longer term, as it will take time to realise all the loans, it would be good if a white knight could come in and buy out the portfolio which would be only 200mil or so and easy to gobble up.
as long as there are no big defaults we should be getting closer to the NTA.
