Hi Chawkey,
isplicer has posted his next target as per the theme of the thread. He's also indicated that he'll get out if there's a crash because he believes PRR's share price will get mauled, which is exactly what happens only a week or so ago.
Where's the problem? How is it a down ramp? What facts does he need to provide to express his target and strategy?
