Investors in property are now the bulls as of about 9 months ago.Every market has its turn to run.The stock market has had its turn.Before that we had the housing run by owner occupier. Which i might add has had a correction in most states.Apart from W/A which the mining boom underpins that states price.The rest has been some what halted over the last 5 years apart from small pockets which is normal in every market place.Take a drive around your suburbs and notice how many for sale signs you see.Then notice how quickly they turn into sold .Three bdr villa's are very sought after and rents and yields are bringing the investors back in.Dont confuse aust property market with the usa as it is chalk and cheese.
