Ironicaly the US housing crisis and the subsiquent Australian share market drop might be the thing which saves our housing market, by forcing the RBA to stop increasing interest rates.
Our pain is their gain.
For this reason i think it will stagnate but not crash. There will be no panic selling but their will be no confident buying either.
