Japan has been a basket case for the last 12 to 15 years.
Australia have influx of new settlers that are bringing skills and more importantly cash with them.Its not like the 70's when we had bing influxes of refugees.stats show 13k people are moving to the hunter region and 10k people are moving to the Illawarra region every month.Sydney is expected to have in 2011 upto 1 million people classified as renters here on the eastern side off the country it can only edge higher.
