house prices have skyrocketed ever since the banks got deregulated meaning that every tom dick and harry was borrowing money and buying properties thus leading to a dramatic rise in properties govt love this made so much money from stamp duties ,increase in land tax,and coucil rates all which have gone up can see some sort of correction in house prices as lending practces tighten and many people will have to sell as interest rates rise
next to crash will be housing, page-27
