I heard this guy or one of his close assoiates on the radio this morning. He was saying some pretty stupid things to backup his arguement on affordability. Like the average price of a home in Sydney should be $140K and that 10%-15% of the package should be land value and the rest in the house. He blamed most of the problems on local govt. and then went on to say we should look to America for a lesson on how to make housing affordable. What an Idiot!
