Definately luck buying in WA a few years back - I doubt it will repeat again.
I have friends in the real estate game who have already said prices are dropping and are expecting it to continue.
Another rate rise and mortgagee sales will increase.
A slowdown in the global economy will also impact.
What happens in the US usually happens in Australia afterwards.
