An amateur trader drawing lines and squiggles talking about pennant formations and gap theory (lol)
OR
A quantitative hedge fund employing multiple data scientists running state of the art recurrent neural nets training on enormous datasets with a constantly updated model, with rigorous back testing
Chartists on HC seem to think the former
