I'm happy to discuss my thoughts.
I thought it was an odd time for a CR given all efforts are going into getting the plant commissioned and once running we will be generating cash. To me it says they needed to get cracking on battery grade asap and the most obvious reason is someone has given them a goal to work toward.
I also love how the CR was done with a high SP causing stuff all dilution. I'm a big fan of Justin and the way he goes about it. My only wish is I found the company earlier.
As for the current SP, I think the Euroz report was premature and deliberately negative. We all know that our success relies on grade and nameplate tonnage being achieved so why produce a report that says we are waiting for this info whilst commissioning is ongoing. Why not just wait. I don't think its unrealistic to give the company until the middle of the year to hit nameplate and we should all be very encourage to see the clip of product coming off the conveyor belt. That says gen sets are powered up, controls running, equipment running and fine tuning/modifications/additions underway.
So where does SP go? Blackwoods estimate was $6 in production, Euroz $1.80 during commisioning so I'll say $4 when the captain pulls up the anchor on our first ship load.
