I was sure the run in the last couple of days was related to this article.

Do not believe what they say. I actually bought the largest amount at around 1.28 and averaged up on the way.
It was a great buying opportunity this week IMO, however you have hardballgets, budfox, seajay etc all downramping here, which makes it hard to follow.
Hot copper needs to do something to clean up this site and perhaps ban these posters.
