Yes, there are still a number of key milestones to be passed. Obviously the ability for the key chip components/pixels to withstand continuous tiny mechanical oscillations reliably for several years is critically important, but so is the ability for reliable manufacturing quality control at an affordable and competitive price.
All the signs are that good progress is being made, but I'll be more relieved and reassured when some independent analysts reports are available, hopefully in late 2016....
