Hi Tanup, unfortunately unless large holders want to change things then pretty much nothing happens.
Anyway, let's hope it doesn't take 5 years before he earns his bonus for qualification facility commissioning. But perhaps there is a benchmarking study or two that needs to be done before site selection.
