Well I've remained quiet and kept my opinions to myself since posting any criticism of the Board's inability to get projects completed within any sense of a timeline.
I now feel like that the next AGM there needs be a motion for a spill of all positions on the Board.
That all those that which to nominate be vetted with a statement of how they would see the company progress, and that if possible a retail investor be appointed to the Board with suitable mining, and or publish relations abilities be appointed as NON EXECUTIVE Director for some transparency between shareholders and the company.
Yes, we have the Tanzanian signed signed, but still no definitive news on finance, nor the qualifying plant, nor signed new customers, no up to date news on what's going on.
it's time our larger insto investors said enough is enough, and do something to get some decisions and action out of the Board.
The way things are going, we won't need to have a dedicated thread that can be deleted, I think and get the background feel, enough us enough, they been warned by the orevious AGM fallout, that NO MORE delays, indecision or there inability to meet tinelines WILL BE TOLERATED by shareholders.
Voting NO to all Recommendations from this Board other than a full spill if no defined progress is met before AGM.
