Just think what it can do with the money if they stopped doing acquisitions - Buyback their own stock or Pay bigger dividends to Shareholders. Or pay down debt leading to great profitability and more dividends.
Pathology and Medical Imagery are an essential service these days to the Healthcare industry, every one is getting medical tests before they do any sort of operation and this will only grow in future IMO. just some short term pain and a good accumulating opportunity sub $30.
Just think what it can do with the money if they stopped doing...
